In Heavenfall I worked mostly on rendering, resource management and various gameplay elements. Since we were making a bullet hell game, this meant a lot of bullets had to be rendered and updated efficiently, so to achieve this I implemented double buffered rendering and utilized instanced rendering to draw every bullet in a single drawcall. Besides that I worked on enemy behaviour, bullet behaviour, UI elements such as boss healthbars, powerlevel and player debuffs.
